Yoga – Pregnancy

Learn how to connect to and use your breath; to facilitate calmness and work through contractions and anxiety – for you and for baby. This is done through a variety of breathing exercises and methods that both mother and baby can benefit from.

To help lift feelings of worry and to embrace being in the present moment with gratitude and love.

The classes offer a great support network, to share experiences, build friendships, and learn together during this time.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.

Pregnancy Yoga is available to participate at Peacehaven Leisure Centre.
