Move More and Move More in the Gym

An instructed and progressive, circuit based group session, designed specifically to support participants with health conditions which may prevent them accessing more active classes.

This session has been designed to improve strength, balance, cardio and reach identified goals by working alongside Wave’s Health Improvement Practitioners.

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes, footwear and water bottle

Referral clinics and assessments are free, with each class then charged at £6.80 per session. Each referral receives a voucher for one free taster class.
