A circuit-based exercise class with 13 stations, targeting all muscles groups – upper body, lower body, core and balance. 

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes, footwear and water bottle.

Referral Circuit classes are available at:

Shinewater Sports Centre, Eastbourne
Tuesday 10am-11am and Friday 1:30pm-2:30pm 

How to access

Referral Circuits is part of Wave’s referral programme, to access classes a referral from a health professional is required to ensure appropriateness of activity.

Referral clinics and assessments are free, with each class then charged at £6.50 per session. Each referral receives a voucher for one free taster class.
