Referral clinics are 15 minute appointments and assessments which are to discuss the best pathway of exercise for the referral and to fill in forms about medical history.

You will be given an introduction to our Wave Active Health Timetable, with explanations of all of our classes and courses.

Appropriate classes are then prescribed for the referral, each referral receives a voucher for one free taster class.

Referral clinics and assessments are free, with each class then charged at £6.50 per session. Each referral receives a voucher for one free taster class.
