Situated in the heart of Newhaven, Seahaven Swim and Fitness Centre offers gym and swim facilities for all ages.
Our 25m pool timetable offers a full programme of sessions including Lane Swimming, Water Aerobics, Swimming Lessons and more! You can also stock up on your swimming supplies in our reception swim shop selling accessories including goggles, swim hats, woggles and floats.
Located on the Newhaven Ring Road (A259) the Centre is easily reached from Peacehaven, Seaford and surrounding area by public transport (five minutes walk from Newhaven Railway Station and on regular bus routes).
The Centre is adjacent to a public car park.
