At a young age I have had an interest in different types of sport and exercise. Between the ages of 11-18 I participated in rugby, which led me to joining the gym at 14 to improve my strength. During the time that I have been using the gym, I have gained interest in helping my friends and family which has improved them in their journey. This gave me the motivation in becoming a fitness instructor.
