Our physiotherapy services
NHS Physiotherapy
Southdowns Physiotherapy provides NHS musculoskeletal physiotherapy services.
Patients can access NHS-funded treatment through:
- referral from their GP practice; or
- the relevant NHS self-referral process.
Existing NHS services and referral pathways will continue as normal following the move to Wave Active.
Private physiotherapy
Southdowns aims to offer private patients an appointment within one week, with same-day and next-day appointments sometimes available. Initial consultations include assessment and treatment and last approximately 45 minutes.
