NEW CLASS LAUNCH! Functional strength is style of of training that focuses on developing strength in patterns that are used in everyday life.

This gym floor session will focus on loading the body with variable resistance with minimal impact. Whether its dead-lifting, pushing, pulling or squatting you’ll get stronger, leaner and improve technique to ultimately up your lifting game!

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes & footwear and water bottle.
