Learn 2 Lift Workshop

3 participant, small group, barbell workshops.

Learn how to use barbells, focusing on 4 compound moves and basic movements of lifting. Coached by our Fitness Instructor team the focus will be on set up, movement pattern, applying correct load and points to improve performance.

Improve technique, confidence and knowledge, with this instructed workshop, included within membership.

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes and footwear, mat and water bottle.
