For Full of Life Festival 2025, Wave Active Health will be offering FREE Active Age Health MOTs:

This session is for older people and will include Blood Pressure, Balance tests, Grip test, Get up and Go walking test. Plus, free taster Referral Circuit session that Wave Active Health run under our Health Improvement timetable. We’ll share additional information on how to stay active and the different pathways that we offer.

Active Age Health MOTs will take place on the following dates and times:

Downs Leisure Centre:
Friday 5th September, 1:15 – 2:45pm

Peacehaven Leisure Centre:
Friday 12th September, 1:30 – 3:00pm

Hillbrow Health & Wellbeing:
Friday 19th September, 1:00 – 2:30pm
Friday 3rd October, 1:00 – 2:30pm

Shinewater Centre:
Tuesday 14th October, 1:30 – 3:00pm

Lewes Leisure Centre:
Monday 27th October, 1:30 – 3:00pm
