Gender Pay Report

The Gender Pay Report below relates to the year ending 2024 with the relevant pay period being 1^st to 30^th April 2024.

During this time, the number of Relevant Employees was 271 but the Number of Full Pay Relevant Employees being 114.  Of the 114 Full Pay Relevant Employees, 49 are male and 65 are female.

The Average Gender Pay Gap using an hourly pay rate indicates that males are paid 7.56% more than females, however the Median Gender Pay Gap shows that females were earning 9.97% more than males per hour.
